Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. 02.

By the present application, applicant/respondent No.1 seeks permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in pursuance of the judgment and award dated 16/06/2023 passed in Case No.1456/AMT/AMT/2020.

Considering the nature of the claim, respondent No.1/original claimant is hereby permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation upon furnishing an undertaking and 25% of the amount of compensation upon furnishing surety, to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The Registry shall issue the cheque in the name of respondent No.1 as "Sameer Raosaheb Toley" as mentioned in the Aadhaar Card, instead of "Samir Raosaheb Toley".

05.

The appellant shall carry out necessary correction in the appeal within a period of three days from today. 06.
