CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 728 OF 2026 1.

This is the application for withdrawal of the amount compensation deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court. The appeal is finally decided. This Court while modifying the Judgment and Order passed by the Tribunal has directed the Appellant- Insurance Company to satisfy the compensation amount awarded by the Tribunal and thereafter, Insurance Company will be at liberty to recover the same from the owner of the offending vehicle by filing the appropriate proceeding of execution.

The application is by the original claimant. Insurance Company has deposited the amount under the award in this Court.

In this view of the matter, the application is allowed and the claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court with accrued interest thereon by following the procedure. 4.

The Application is disposed of.
