04/02/ This is an application for condonation of delay in setting aside the abatement and bringing the legal heirs of Respondent no. 1 on record with further prayers for setting aside abatement and permitting the Appellants to bring the legal heirs of deceased Respondent no. 1 on record. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Applicant/Acquiring body and learned AGP for Respondent nos. 2 and 3/State. None for Claimant.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of its prayer Clauses (1) and (2).

Necessary amendment to be carried out in the Appeal Memo within a period of two weeks.
