Learned Advocate for the Claimants submits that this is a disposed of Appeal. He submits that vide order dated 12.11.2025 by which the Appeal is partly allowed, this Court has permitted the Claimants to withdraw the amount under the Award. He submits that, the Claimants being the old persons, the amount of compensation which is deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court be transferred to the account of the learned Tribunal.

None appears for the other side.

In view of above, there is no difficulty to accept the said prayer. Hence, the amount deposited by the Appellant under the Award in this Court be transferred to the account of the learned Tribunal, which had passed the order in the Claim Petition, which was subject matter of this Appeal.

The application stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
