No. 1528/2023 in First Appeal St. No.13863/2022 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 10.02.2026 The application of appellant is taken out to correct the address of Respondent Nos. 1 to 12. As per application, the notice could not be served to the aforesaid respondents for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that appellant is providing correct address of aforesaid respondents. Thus, the appellant want to serve aforesaid respondents on correct address.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.
