This is an application for condonation of delay of 59 days in filing the statutory appeal.

In response to the notice on this application, Advocate Mr. H.V. Dhage, appears for respondent No.1. Learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.2 and 3-State.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the delay of 59 days occurred in the process of obtaining necessary approvals and permissions for filing statutory appeal on behalf of the applicant. She submits that the delay is unintentional.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the application is allowed and the delay of 59 days in filing statutory appeal is condoned.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of.

By this application filed under Order 41, Rule 5 of C.P.C., the appellant seeks stay to the Judgment and Award dated 05.08.2025, passed by the Reference Court at Nagpur, in L.A.C. No. 2981/AMT/BLD/2020.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

Advocate Mr. H.V. Dhage, appears for respondent No.1 and waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3-State.

Subject to the appellant depositing the entire amount of compensation along with interest, in this Court, within a period of two weeks from today, there shall be ad-interim stay to the impugned Judgment and Award, till next date.
