DATE : 16.02.2026 By this application, the appellant - Insurance Company seeks condonation of delay of two days in filing the statutory appeal. It is pointed out that the delay of two days occurred on account of miscalculation of the period of delay.

Having regard to the contents of application and submissions advanced, the delay being only of two days, the same is condoned.

The applicant is permitted to serve the respondents by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and file affidavit of service in that regard by next date.

Subject to the appellant depositing the entire amount of compensation along with interest, in this Court, within a period of eight weeks from today, there shall be ad-interim stay to the impugned judgment and award, till next date.
