This is an application for withdrawal of the remaining amount by the Claimants. The Order dated 13th December, 2025 shows that the Appeal came to be disposed of, in view of amicable settlement. The Clause (4) of the said Order shows that, the Claimants were permitted to withdraw the entire compensation amount. As already, there is order of withdrawal of the amount by Claimants, no order is warranted on the application.
