C.A.F. No. 899/2026 in First Appeal St. No.641/2021 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 17.02.2026 The application is taken out by appellants for making necessary amendment in the cause title i.e. to correct the address of R. Nos. 2, 3 & 7 and also to amend the name of Respondent No.7 as Ku. Nagina D/o Shrawan Meshram (Before Marriange Name) @ Nagina W/o Santosh Kondekar (After marriage name). It is stated in the application that the notices issued to Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 & 7 received back unserved for want of correct address. The appellants in the said application have provided correct address of Respondent Nos.

2,3&7. Thus, the appellants want to amend the address of Respondent Nos. 2,3& 7 and also want to amend the name of R. No.7.

It is stated in the application Legal representatives of deceased No.5 are already on record. Hence, prayer to delete the name of R. No.5 is made. However, death certificate of R. No.5 is not on record. Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed to the extent of correcting address of R. Nos.2,3 & 7 and regarding correcting name of R.No.7.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the respondent Nos. 2,3 & 7, returnable within four weeks.

As per office note, notice issued to R. No.4 is received back unserved for want of correct address. Hence, two weeks time is granted to the appellants to file Civil application for correct address of R. No.4.

Also, as per office note, notice issued to R.No.5 is received back unserved with bailiff report that R.No.5 is reported to be dead. Hence, two weeks time is granted to the appellants to file death certificate deceased R.No.5 Date: 17.02.2026 (Premal S. Vithalani) Registrar (Judicial)
