13/02/ This is an Application by the Claimant for withdrawal of the amount in the disposed of Appeal.

The First Appeal was preferred by the Insurance Company. The Appeal came to be finally disposed of by Judgment and Order dated 02/08/2018 and the matter was remanded back to the learned Tribunal. The learned Tribunal has not decided the Claim Petition after remand. The amount was deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court in the Appeal. Hence, at the request of learned counsel for the Claimant/Applicant, the entire amount along with interest accrued thereon, deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court be transferred to the account of the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Buldhana for doing the needful pursuant to the Award. 3.
