DATE : 16.02.2026 By this application, the original claimant/respondent No.1 seeks withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. The amount of compensation is against the acquisition of land belonging to the respondent no.1.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, at this stage, the original applicant i.e. respondent No.1 is entitled to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation subject to furnishing usual undertaking.

Civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
