This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court under the Award passed by the learned Reference Court dated 18.08.2016. The Appeal was preferred by the acquiring body and the same came to be withdrawn on 15.06.2018. As there are no directions in the said order regarding withdrawal of the amount, the claimant has filed this Application for withdrawal of the amount.
