By the present application, respondent no. 1Smt. Ashwini Wd/o. Mangesh Mhatre now Smt. Ashwini W/o. Rahul Mhatre prayed for issuance of the directions to the Registry of this Court for disbursement of her share of the compensation amount on the ground that at the time of filing of Claim Petition No. 18/2015, she was the wife of deceased- Mangesh Mhatre and during the pendency of the said Claim Petition, she re-married to the distance cousin of her deceased husband- Rahul Mhatre. 2 25-fa-1006-25.odt Therefore, now her name is changed from Smt. Ashwini Wd/o. Mangesh Mhatre to Smt. Ashwini W/o. Rahul Mhatre and necessary correction in her name was also permitted by the Tribunal.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 further submits that respondent no. 1 has already submitted required undertaking with the Registry. Hence, considering the need of respondent no. 1, it would be just and proper to direct the Registry of this Court to pay her share of the compensation amount in the name i.e. Ashwini W/o. Rahul Mhatre.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of.
