The Original Claimant Parvatibai died on 02.06.2023. The application is supported with an affidavit. Specific averments is made that the Applicant is the sole Kavita
2 / 2 21-caa 1011-26 surviving legal heir of the deceased. Death certificate is enclosed with the application. After hearing both the sides and considering the averments made in the applications, the same are allowed and disposed of.

The amendment be carried out within a period of two(2) weeks from today.
