Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

By the present application, the non-applicant no.1/Claimant seeks permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the AppellantInsurance Company before this Court in pursuance of the judgment and order dated 18.2.2025 in WACA Application NO.C-09/2022.

The learned counsel for the appellant has vehemantly opposed the application.

Considering the claim of the non-applicant no.1/Claimant and to meet the financial necessity, it would be just and proper to permit the non-applicant no.1 to withdraw 50% amount along with accrued interest of the compensation amount, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
