This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation. Applicants are the original claimants, who are seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant.

Learned counsel for the applicants/respondent Nos.1, 2, 3 and 5 submits that the applicants are dependent of deceased who has died in vehicular accident and are entitled for compensation. She further submits that the applicants/original claimants are in need of amount of compensation and prays for withdrawal of the amount deposited.

In view of above, the civil application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited with accrued interest subject to furnishing usual undertaking to the Registrar (Judicial).
