No. 3480/2025 in First Appeal St. No.17126/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 24.02.2026 The civil application is filed by appellant under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent Nos.3 & 4 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to Respondent Nos.3&4 received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that the appellant do not have any other alternative address of aforesaid respondents. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Punyanagari (Marathi)", Chandrapur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
