By this application, the applicant/respondent No.3 seeks permission to deposit the amount of enhanced compensation in accordance with the judgment and order dated 26.09.2025 passed by this Court. Since, the main appeal is already decided and the amount is sought to be deposited in compliance with the same, the application is not opposed by the respondents.

Having regard to the contents of this application and submissions advanced, the application is allowed. Applicant/respondent No.3 is directed to deposit the amount of compensation within a period of one week from today.
