This is an Application by the Claimant for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court under the award passed by the learned Reference Court.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Claimant and the learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body that, the Claimant has already withdrawn the principal amount under the award which was deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court. The amount towards accrued interest remained to be withdrawn. There is no dispute that, the only amount towards interest is remaining with this Court. The Appeal preferred by the Acquiring Body is dismissed for want of filing the paper book. No steps are taken by the Acquiring Body for its restoration. Hence, Claimant is allowed to withdraw the amount towards the accrued interest on furnishing regular undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J.) of this Court. The Application stands disposed of.
