By this application, the applicant seeks permission to deposit the amount of compensation along with the interest.

Having regard to the contents of this application and the submissions advanced, the civil application is allowed. Applicant/respondent No.2 is permitted to deposit the cheque towards compensation amount within a period of one week from today.

In view of above, civil application is disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION NO.4729 OF 2025 4.

After the deposit of the amount as directed by this Court, the interim stay granted vide Order dated 22.12.2025 shall stand confirmed.
