This is an Application filed by the Original Respondent No.6 for withdrawal of the amount of his share which was deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court in First Appeal No.1366 of 2018, which came to be finally decided.

Since the Applicant, who was the original Respondent No.6 was minor at that point of time, the amount of his share was directed to be deposited in the fixed deposit. Now he has attained the majority and therefore, this application for withdrawal of the amount. The other Kavita

2 / 2 44-caf 1119-26 Respondents, who attained the majority after the Appeal was disposed of, were permitted to withdraw the amount. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of it's prayer clause by following the due procedure of law.
