Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant - Power of Attorney Holder and the learned Advocate for the Appellant/Railways.

This is an Application for withdrawal of the remaining amount deposited by the Railways under the Award. In the Appeal preferred by the Railways, the entire amount under the Award was deposited. The Claimants had withdrawn half of the amount during the pendency of the Appeal. The Appeal is finally disposed of on 14.07.2023. The copy of the Power of Attorney annexed with the Application shows that, sons namely Shri Bahadur, Shri Kamlesh and Shri Anil and the daughter namely Smt. Lalitabai have authorized their mother Mitthanbai to withdraw the amount. In this view of the matter, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Application stands disposed of accordingly.
