Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. 02.
By the present application, applicants/respondent Nos.1 and 2 seek permission to withdraw the amount of compensation awarded under the judgment and award dated 01/07/2024 passed in MACP No.219/2020 by the learned Member, MACT, Nagpur. 03.
The learned Counsel appearing for the non-applicant/ appellant strongly opposed the application.

However, considering the nature of the claim as well as to meet the financial exigencies of the applicants, the applicants/respondent Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 75% of the compensation amount along with accrued interest, upon furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 05.
The civil application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. Civil Application [CAF] No.3112/2025:

By the present application, the applicant-insurance company seeks stay to the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 01/07/2024 passed in MACP No.219/2020 by the learned Member, MACT, Nagpur.

On 02/02/2026, this Court passed an order and already stayed the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award subject to deposit of the entire decretal amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon within a period of two weeks. In pursuance of the said order, the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest. Therefore, the civil application stands disposed of.
