By the present application, the applicant/acquiring body seeking stay to the impugned judgment and award dated 30.11.2023 passed in Case No.1008/AMT/AMT/2018 by learned Land Acquisition Resettlement & Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur. 4.

Since the appellant-acquiring body deposited the entire amount of compensation before the Trial Court, effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award is hereby stayed.

Accordingly, the Civil Application stands disposed of. First Appeal No.1162/2025 6.
