No. 1193/2026 in First Appeal No.1303/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 10.03.2026 The civil application is filed by appellants under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent Nos.8 to 18 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondents however, as per bailiff report the notices could not be properly served. It is further stated in the application that bailiff reported that more detailed addresses were needed and some respondents had moved out for work or other reason. Thus, the appellants want to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Tarun Bharat (Marathi)"

Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
