This is an application by the original claimant/respondent no.1 for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant/Acquiring Body in this Court.

It is submitted by learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body that the cheque towards the compensation amount under the award was deposited in the office of this Court and since the claimants did not withdraw the amount, the validity of the cheque has come to an end. Learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body and respondent no.1 /original claimant submit that the amount can be deposited by the Acquiring Body in the account of the learned Reference Court at Amravati, so that respondent no.1/ claimant can withdraw the same from the said Court.

In view of the above, the Acquiring Body is permitted to deposit the amount under the award in the bank account of the

2 caf 1194.26.odt learned Reference Court with liberty to respondent no.1 to withdraw the same after following due procedure.
