No. 1199/2026 in First Appeal No.112/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 10.03.2026 The civil application is filed by appellant under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent No.3 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to respondent No.3 received back unserved for want of correct address. It is further stated in the application that appellant made three to four attempts to serve respondent No.3, however, respondent No.3 is avoiding the service of notice. Thus, the appellant wants to serve respondent No.3 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Dainik Bhaskar (Marathi)" in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
