This is an application filed by the original claimants i.e. respondent Nos.1 to 5, for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the appellant insurance company. 3.

It is pointed out that on 10.05.2025, the appeal itself is withdrawn before the Lok Adalat, by the appellant insurance company. Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the appeal itself is finally disposed of in the Lok Adalat and the applicants, being the original claimants, are entitled for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited.

In view of this, the application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation along with interest.

It is also directed that the share of respondent No.4 viz. Smt. Mankarna Shankar Mate, be deposited in the account of her power of attorney holder i.e. respondent No.2 viz. Ajay Sanjay Mathe, after verifying the document of Power of Attorney and after identification of the parties.
