This is an application by the claimants for permission to withdraw the balance amount of Rs.1,50,985/- along with accrued interest. 3.

It is submitted by learned Advocate for the claimants and learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body that the award has been modified by this Court in the appeal preferred by the Acquiring Body. It is submitted that the appellant has deposited an amount of Rs. 27,65,532/- in this Court and out of which, Rs.20,74,149/- was withdrawn by the claimants/respondent nos.1 to 4. 4.

After hearing both the sides, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (1) of the application.

The remaining amount after withdrawal by the claimants in pursuance to this application, be refunded to the Acquiring Body. 6.

Application stands disposed of.
