This is an application filed by the claimants/respondent nos. 1 to 5 for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court in the appeal which was filed by them. The appeal came to be finally decided by judgment and order dated 27-06-2025. The original claimant/respondent no.4 Bhikha, father of deceased, is reported to be dead.

The applicants/claimants have prayed for withdrawal of the amount and distribution of the same amongst the surviving respondents/claimants. Application is supported with the affidavit of respondent no.1-Shashikala.

In view of the matter, application is allowed. 5.

The share of deceased respondent no.4 be distributed equally amongst all the other surviving claimants. (Neeraj P. Dhote , J.
