By the present application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 462 days caused in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 02.08.2024 passed in MACP No. 152/2021 by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 15.06.2026.

In addition to the regular mode of service, the applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicants by the private mode also.

The impugned judgment and award dated 02.08.2024 passed in MACP No. 152/2021 by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur is hereby stayed subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation along with interest in this Court within a period of eight weeks from today. 7.
It is made clear that, in case the applicant fails to deposit the amount of compensation within the stipulated period, the stay granted shall automatically stands vacated without further reference to the Court. 8.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
