30/03/ This is an Application in the disposed of Appeal by the Claimants to withdraw the amount deposited by the Respondent no. 1/MSRTC pursuant to the Award dated 26/09/2012 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur.

Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants/ Claimants and the learned counsel for the Respondent(s). 3.

The learned Tribunal had directed the share of the Claimants to be deposited in the Fixed Deposit (FD) in any nationalized bank. The Claimants approached before this Court in First Appeal for enhancement in the compensation. The Appeal was partly allowed by the judgment and order dated 11/07/2024 and the compensation was enhanced to Rs. 34,31,760/-. The Claimants wants to withdraw their share as the period of FD directed by the learned Tribunal

2 46) CAF 1281-26 in 1958-19222 is over. In view of this undisputed aspect, the Application is allowed and the Claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the MSRTC in the FD along with the interest accrued thereon.
