On 07/11/2025, this Court has stayed the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and decree, however dispose of the application for grant of stay, subject to deposit of decretal amount within a period of eight weeks. However, it is submitted that the decretal amount could not be deposited within stipulated time, as proposal was submitted to sanction the decretal amount and now the same is sanctioned. Accordingly, cheque is prepared and the appellant seeks permission to deposit the same. 3.

The respondents have no objection to deposit the decretal amount in this Court.

In view of above, the application is allowed. The time granted vide order dated 07/11/2025 for depositing the decretal amount is extended till 06/04/2026 and permission is granted to deposit the same with the Nazir, High Court of Bombay, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur. The application stands disposed of.
