These are the Applications for condonation of delay in filing Application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1 and setting aside the abatement and for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. 2.

After hearing all the sides and the for the reasons mentioned in the Applications, they are allowed in terms of their respective prayer clauses. Amendment be carried out within a period of two (2) weeks. Copy of amended petition be supplied to the Respondents. 3.
