These are the Applications for condonation of delay in filing Application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the sole Appellant and setting aside abatement for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Appellant. For the reasons mentioned in the Applications, the Applications are allowed in terms of their respective prayer clauses. The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. The amended copy be supplied to the Respondents. The Applicants shall place on record the certificate issued by the competent Court showing the Applicants as the legal heirs of the deceased Appellant Chandrashekhar before the Appeal is taken for final hearing. 2.
