By this application, the applicant/acquiring body seeks permission to deposit balance compensation amount of Rs.15,93,606/- before this Court in pursuance of the judgment and award dated 03.07.2019 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur in LAC No. 28/2013.

The applicant/acquiring body is permitted to deposit the said amount within a period of two weeks from today. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.

Shri Sawan Alaspurkar, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent nos. 1a to 1e. 6.

By CAF No. 1341/2026, the acquiring body prayed for condonation of delay of 2027 days caused in filing the application for setting aside abatement of respondent no. 1.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 2027 days caused in filing the application for setting aside abatement of respondent no. 1 is hereby condoned.

Consequently, CAW No. 1342/2026 is hereby allowed and the appellant- acquiring body is permitted to bring the proposed legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 1 on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.

Place Civil Application (CAF) No. 1134/2022 on 23.04.2026 for further consideration.
