4 to 7 on correct address. It is contended that the notices issued to the aforesaid respondents were received back unserved for want of correct address.

Now, appellants want to serve the notices to the respondents on their correct addresses mentioned in the application. Hence, sought necessary permission.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within four weeks.
