This is an Application by the Acquiring Body to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Non-applicant No.1 - Baburao Kale. It is submitted that, Prafullakumar Kale was the son of the deceased Baburao, also died. The Applicant wants to bring on record the legal representatives of the said deceased claimant.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses - A, B and C.

The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
