The learned counsel for the Acquiring Body tenders across the bar a copy of Chart showing the Calculations. The said Chart is not disputed by the learned counsel for the Claimant(s). The said Chart is taken on record and marked as Article 'A'. As such, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a).

The Applicant(s)/Claimant(s) are permitted to
