DATE : 27.03.2026 By this application, the appellant seeks permission to deposit the amount and seeks extension of stay granted on 02.02.2026. It is pointed out that by order dated 02.02.2026, this Court has granted interim stay subject to deposit of the amount of compensation, however, the amount was not deposited during the time granted. The amount is now available and can be deposited and therefore, permission is sought. 2.

Considering the reasons mentioned, the application is allowed.

The appellant is permitted to deposit the amount within a period of one week.
