This is an Application by the Claimants/ Respondents in the Appeal for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Appellant under the Award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur dated 08.03.2011 in Claim Petition No.370/2007.

None appears for the Appellant.

Learned Advocate for the Claimants is present. He submits that, the Appeal has been withdrawn by the Appellant before the National Lok-Adalat dated 13.12.2025. He submits that, the Application be allowed.

The papers show that the pursis was filed under the signature of the Advocate for the Appellant with the stamp of the Appellant stating that, the Appellant wants to withdraw the Appeal unconditionally. There is order dated 13.12.2025 under the signature of the Panal of the National Lok-Adalat to showing that, the Appeal was disposed of as withdrawn. Hence, the Application is allowed in terms of its prayer clause.
