This is an application for correction of name of the Respondent No.2. According to learned Advocate for the Claimants, the name of Respondent No.2 mentioned in Adhar Card and in the bank passbook is written as Shakila Bano Sheikh Mustaque and due to typographical mistake her name came to be mentioned as Shakila Bano Mustaque Ahemad in the Claim Petition, which was carried forward in the Appeal.
