No. 1477/2026 in First Appeal No.764/2022 with First Appeal No. 50/2012 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 21.04.2026 The civil application is filed by appellants under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent No.1 & 2 by way of paper publication. It is contended that notice issued to respondent No.1 & 2 received back unserved for want of correct address.

As per the appellant for proper adjudication presence of respondent Nos.1 & 2 is necessary. Thus, the appellants want to serve Respondent Nos.1 & 2 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon Respondent No1 & 2 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Chaitanya Lok" in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
