It is contended that notice issued to Respondent Nos. 3 & 5 received back unserved for want of correct address. As per bailiff report Respondent No.3 company shifted to other place which is not known. In the application appellants are providing correct address of Respondent Nos. 3 & 5. Thus, the appellants want to correct the address of Respondent Nos. 3 and 5 and want to issue notice at their corrected addresses.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents returnable within four weeks.
