At the outset, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to amend the application to show that, the application was preferred at the behest of respondent no. 6 and not by respondent no. 5. Permission is granted.

Since the respondent no. 6 is also one of the legal heirs of original claimant, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (i).
