This is an Application for withdrawal of the balance amount, which was deposited by the Acquiring Body under the Award. This Application is filed by the legal heirs of the deceased original claimant -Keshavdeo Khemdeo Bhaiswar.

Heard both the sides.

The Appeal is finally disposed of. The claimants had withdrawn 75% amount. They are permitted to withdraw the remaining amount with interest accrued thereon after following due procedure.

The Applicant No.1(b) is the son of Applicant No.1(a). The affidavit of Applicant No.1(a) sworn before the Executive Magistrate is filed on record stating that, she being old by age, the amount be deposited in the bank account of Applicant No.1(b).
