The appeal filed by the Insurance Company was settled before the Lok Adalat. The claimants have now preferred this application praying for the withdrawal of interest on the deposited amount.

The application is not seriously opposed by the Insurance Company.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed in terms of the prayer, which is reproduced hereunder : "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the respondent no.1 to 5 to Kartikeya
