The applicants/respondents have filed this application for direction to transfer the amount deposited in this Court to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kelapur at Yavatmal.

Learned Advocate for the respondents submits that the appeal is already dismissed on merits. He submits that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are minors. The compensation amount, which was coming to their shares, has been kept in fixed deposit with the Registry of this Court. He submits that if the amount is transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kelapur at Yavatmal, respondent Nos.2 and 3, on attaining majority, could easily be withdrawn the said amount without approaching to this Court.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The amount, which is deposited in this Court, as regards the share of respondent Nos.2 and 3, is directed to be transferred to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kelapur at Yavatmal.
