Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By this application, the respondent Nos.1 to 5 seeks permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application and submissions advanced, the applicants/respondent Nos.1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited with accrued interest by allowing them to withdraw 50% of the amount, subject to furnishing usual undertaking and 25% amount subject to furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the concerned Authority.

In view of above, civil application is allowed and disposed of.
