By the present application, applicant/respondent Nos.1 to 4 seek permission to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in pursuance of the judgment and award dated 25/03/2025 passed in Claim Petition No.492/2021. 03.
Considering the nature of the claim and in order to meet the financial crisis, respondent Nos.1 to 4/original claimants are hereby permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation falling to
55.fa.967.25 2/2 their share along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 04.
